No change in weight. I’m dropping inches though. Probably holding a lot of water right now due to insane workouts as of late. I could also be hitting a plateau. I’ll know by Friday if that’s the case and if it is, I’ll have to increase the burn to jump start my body. I’m enjoying seeing the progress though.
