My first workout at the gym last night. I did a circuit of weight machines while my son did his orientation. We plan to go at least twice a week together. Now I just need to get my butt in gear and start running too. I'm not getting the recommended amount of net carbs. I just don't like vegetables and I'm getting tired of eggs and salad three times a day... I need to explore more recipes and find ways of incorporating the veggies into the things I do like.
