Okay, so I normally don't weigh twice in one week. I couldn't help it. After Turbo Jam Cardo Party Mix 1 WHIPPED my butt, I just had to see if it made a difference. It did. That plus water weight (usually drink 64oz + per day)....anyway...it helped my esteem this morning -- even though I didn't want to get up and jam. but I did anyway!!!
