Can't believe I'm still #213, just hanging in there , Staying under goal, Kinda stretch the limits some times and my clothes to, finally able to play pickleball after one month off due to knee injury, now therapy for 6 weeks, 2-3 times a week..Hopefully get full recovery, seems freezing to me at 43, but I'm in Fort Lauderdale for the HOT weather, and I'm DO N OK !
