This was kind of expected. I decided I needed a short vacation before I got back at this, so I knew I’d overeat badly and so I don’t feel so badly about myself but I’m looking forward to trying again now that I’m back

Have you ever talked to a doctor about gastric banding or some other type of medical intervention to help save your life while you get help dealing with the mental health issues and nutritional issues that drive your weight gain. FS is a wonderful, supportive community, but you also may need additional help
