Well, I am kind of all over the place this week and it is no coincidence that I am going to court tomorrow to try to get my money back from my ex-friend. That, along with moving house next week, is making me stressed and anxious. At least I'm not bored! Or depressed. I find that the depression follows stress. So I should recognise that and be mindful. Wish me luck buddies

I do hope you manage to recover at least some of your money. I made the same experience a long time ago: trying to help out by lending some money, just to made a fool off. Yep that friendship did end too. Good luck with your move. If you need some help, I am quiet experienced in packing boxes. I have moved more times in my life then I like to think about.
