Was 214 flat yesterday but ate a small mountain of spaghetti yesterday evening. The 1 hour walk helped. There is a new bike/walking trail right next to my house, I can see the flashing cross-walk warning sign from my north facing windows. I walked the mile west and back yesterday. Today I may go walk east.
