This always happens to me. I reached my goal weight back in Oct 2013 after a long hard battle and today I wake up 10 lbs heavier than I want to be. Yes, I've been letting myself slide a bit...or a lot! So back to logging my food intake and get back on Track.

I've got to dig down deep and get my willpower working again. Dang it!
