sorry everyone I havent been on here recording my stuff lately I havent felt 100% just a little off of my game and have been super tired, I know it's not covid thankfully for that, just dealt with a sick child for 3 weeks last month and lack of sleep caught up to me. then I have fcb a couple days where I wasnt very hungry, then I ate and got nauseated figured out I was taking meds before 24hrs was up so had to skip a day and start over so I'm back on track with this
