Afternoon all! I have been very diligent this week at getting out at lunch time and going for a run. And 4 out of 5 days I did a longer distance. So, when I total up my kilometers for the week, I'm at 20.43 kms (12.7 mile). I feel strong!
My eating has been okay. But usually through the week I am good, it's the weekends! And I found out from my 4 year old son that he and Daddy made a cake for me (it's in the freezer mommy, you wanna see it!). Too cute.
