Except for last night, celebrating my mom's 81st birthday, I did a pretty good job sticking to my diet this week. In 6 days, I lost a pound. It would have been nicer to lose more, but one is better than none! I have just started a challenge with a fellow FAT SMASHER on this site. We are trying to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Today is our weigh in and, though I am on Phase II, and the previous time I did FAT SMASH I would only lose 1-2 lbs a week in Phase II, I think I'll do a combination of Phase I and Phase II and see if that will help me lose the weight.
