Long week. Weight up from Monday, but down from last Friday. Monday was after being sick the night before. Bloated from all the diet cokes this week, 2 am bedtimes and 4 am early rising. Had to have the caffeine. Tomorrow, back to water. Great and exciting week. We awarded over $2 million in scholarship today to Texas 4-H youth. Exciting week, but glad it is over. Back to concentrating on exercise and eating. Done well this week considering, but snuck in a few late night sweets to keep me going.
