I think that part of the reason that I am not making it down to 140 is lack of motivation. To be honest, I am perfectly fine with being in between 140 and 145. I think that I just got really scared when I started going over 145 and hitting like 148 and 149. So I haven't been eating right like I should. Don't get me wrong, I would love to hit 140 again. But it would just take so much effort and probably a complete overhaul of what I am doing right now. I mean, if I am working out so much now and still can't lose the weight, what would I have to do in order to be smaller? So I am really not sweating it too much.
I do like the food diary on here b/c it helps me to keep better track of what I am eating. But otherwise, I am not too worried about making 140.
