Allright... yesterday I did BAD BAD BAD. I had the greatest of time though, and regret nothing. The damages are not too bad either. :) First, I woke up late, and skipped breakfast. Second, I went for our nice, little local buffet for lunch. I calculated all that I ate, and pretty much ran out of calories for the day! Then, around dinner time, our guests arrived, each with their own amazing dish for a pot luck dinner, and I had to try it all! It was all good, great friends around me and plenty of red wine. I decided (for the 1st time in almost half a year!) to say to hell with it and just eat what I felt like. It felt great, but my guilty conscience was bugging me until I got drunk... :D Anyways, the damage seem to be around a pound added to the weight, and me feeling bad about messing up. Not too bad for a fun night. I am fully back on track today. Happy daylight savings time Sunday! Summer is officially on it's way (though it may take a while getting here)! Life is good!
