Fluctuations happen… back at it… slow and steady gets you where you want to be. Now that I reached my goal, I can see that I still need accountability.. something yo keep me from heading back up the scale.

My house was built in the early 60s an the floors aren’t perfectly levelled and true anymore. I think that’s why … it’s not the first scale that has done that here.
