I have gotten to the point that even if the scale is not going down as fast as I would want, I have noticed that clothes fits better, tummy is reduced, I feel lighter and my mood great. 😁

91,5 kg Tappat hittills: 3,7 kg. Kvarvarande: 12,2 kg. Kosten följs: Ganska bra.

This may be TMI but I can tell how I'm doing by how my bras & underwear fit because my torso gains/looses first no matter what the scale says. Have a great weekend!

It's definitely not a TMI. Yes, those changes in how what we wear fits actually tells us that whatever we are doing is working. I see that you have reached your goal. Congratulations 👏

Thank you.❣ I'm tall and my skin doesn't shrink anymore so I'm comfortable with this weight. I don't want more neck turkey waddle! A little fat is God's wrinkle filler.😁
