I haven't been doing what I know I should being doing on a daily basis. I will skip all my excuses for the day, but I know what has to be done! There's no way I'll buying clothes in a bigger size; it cost to much and I would cheating myself.

uuggh.. i know how ya feel. I kept gaining weight and just buying bigger jeans and wearing my husbands tees. Finally i broke down and cried. I was so humiliated with myself. But look now were taking control and changing all that negative energy. Remember we all slip but we just have to get back up and keep going strong.
