I think once in awhile of indulgence is necessary. And look at your body fat number! Can't it be better than that! Your food log is also looking delish to me. Just saw you're 30yr. OMGosh.. I thought you're 22 or somewhere close.. So happy for you! Happy Monday evening my friend!:)
