So, obviously I've done this wrong :( and because I was planning on starting my diet plan tomorrow with a weight of 168, I made the mistake entering this mornings weight of 167.8 and it seems to think I've gained rather than lost...lol anyway! the correct answer is lost :)

Takes a while to figure out the details. I made similar mistakes and just moved on. The weight loss it shows is less than it should but I know what I've done so that matters most!
