This morning I woke up debating two things, would I weigh in at all and if so would I record it. thing is my stomach just is very off right now. As predicted there was a spike today. didn't surprise me as it feels like I'm carrying a rock in my stomach, or a bolder... lol.

but in the essence of always being honest and keeping a fair journal of my journey I figured red arrow or not I needed to record this. let's see how the next couple of days develop.
