I used to dance when I was kid, started at the age of two. I stopped back in 2019. I was watching dancing with the stars, and realized what kept me in shape was dancing hard intense steps twice a week for an hour and a half. I lost myself these past 2 days and gained not much, a pound or two, but that impacts you and your thinning ways. I’m gonna eat healthier, and feel great to get my dancing back on. I lost myself and dance helped me find my “me time.”
