Mmmm odd..or is it? 🤔 a MINUSCULE 0.1 loss..

Truth be told I honestly think I ate TOO little during my 4 days 'on'. instead of 1200 cals per day..I was clocking between 890 and 950 ..and not even intentionally...and I think I need a break from chicken breasts/brocolli/zucchini for a bit.

Although I LOVE the aforementioned food..I think I need to shake things up a bit....sooooooo.....

this weeks 4 days 'on' (Mon to Thurs) I'm going to try get to 1200 cals annnnnd going to have more or less balanced portions of proteins/fats annnd those love-to-hate carbs 🤪 and see if that makes a difference..

Thankful for anything lost...but...well ....you know...I'm excitedly impatient now...my original goalweight is literally 0.9 away...howeverrrrrrrr I'ma thinking to maybe try get to about 62/63kgs to have uhmmmm a few kilos room to manouvre as it were... I'll see 👀💪🏻

Over n out for now 🤍✌🏻 love n light & all that jazz 🎶🎵🎶 ..though on this platform the word 'LIGHT' has a whole different meaning methinks 😉
