Woke at 215# was at gym and walked 12,000 steps yesterday, eating my normal foods, which is eggs ,cheese chicken,no snaking, for 2 days, hopefully will play pickleball tonight, trying to destress from college,, as I have to many students who are not even 2 foot away from each other, our college cafeteria opens tomorrow.. Will see what happens, and life goes on and I'm Do N Ok.
