No movement (well .1 technically), tom has seemed to not have the normal 1 kg extra. ..though I dread getting on the scale atm. also seem to have a slight flu. I have also continued with intermittent fasting which so far is pretty good. Ive noticed that my morning hunger has more or less gone away and i'm generally far more critical of my "hunger". Daily NC's are a bit on the low side, calories are more or less fine. I try to stay at around 1200 since i'm sure there are some "hidden" calories that I'm miscalculating so this gives me a decent buffer to stay within my 1400 recommended goal. My food scale broke and I don't really want to get a new one since I know I get far too fanatical with the tracking when I have it. Don't really want to go down that path again. I find that its not a realistic way to "live". My new mini goal is to hit 62 by the end of April.
