Morning Peak Flow 400
Lungs are a bit congested today. Not sure if it's is a tightening up congested or clearing stuff out congested. ***edit, I feel fine though. The congestion isn't impacting my ability to breatg, just causing a bit of a cough. Hopefully it stays that way ;-) TY everyone for the well wishes =) I hope everyone else is feeling well... as well ;-)
It was snowing here briefly yesterday, but it's suppose to be warming up this week =)

Thanks Chica, Euheide. Thanks Madanjen, I feel fine- just a little congestion. As long as it stays that way there'll be nothing to get better from ;-) It's technically spring, not sure Mother Nature's ready to let go of winter yet though, lol.

Where are you? I'm in the Midwest of USA and it was a pretty bad winter. We normally only have a few days of snow and pretty mild winters, this year was certainly not that o.0

I had no energy to bike this morning.. I did a ballet video first this morning.... just trying to wake up. Finally just got in and got on the bike. A little later then notmal, around 2pm rather then noonish. But I did it and biked the whole hour =) Woot!

I have asthma, myself so I'm hoping your congestion is clearing up. Can you eat thyme? If so, make a tea, it helps clear congestion and doesn't interfere with medication.

Thanks guys, I really feel fine. I don't think the energy was related to the congestion- the congestion isn't bad, just a bit of a cough occassionally. My peak flow's still well above any danger and I feel good oxygen wise =) The thyme idea is very interesting though!

This thyme tea with some honey tastes good. Kkphipps thanks for the idea. Currently have bronchitis so the timing is perfect.

The tea seems to be quieting my cough. Looked it up in my herb book. It is an antispasmodic and has been used for centuries for congestion. Will take some with me to work somehow tomorrow.

@ Diea - The only time I've seen snow falling was at night, from inside a bus, on a motorway in Spain, near the Nevada mountain range :)
