I had about a 100 more calories than the week before. I walked atleast 20,000 steps a day. I'm trying be ok with it staying the same but def hard on my brain. It's hard trying to maintain and not lose. Gaining is def easy thoigh lol

Time for a new goal that isn’t about the scale. Maybe a time goal of 100 days of keeping to range or achieving something physical like the splits, lifting 150 barbell etc. got to keep that brain happy 😁1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣🏄🏼♀️🏋🏼♀️🤸🏻♀️🧘🏽♂️🧠
