Hmm...I think my weight is up because I'm actually hydrated. I'm back "on the wagon". Day 2 AIP inflammation reset. In August I ate junk until it was physically painful and my body had enough. I'm doing good today. Excited to eat clean for a while. I'm craving coffee quite badly but I know it's contributing to my flare ups. I have roasted veggies, bone broth and a whole chicken prepped so I'm feeling set up for success today. About that exercise though...
