Back on it! It’s been a minit….a long minit…was thirsty the other night more than usual so it took my BS… not what u may think BS is…I took my suga and my blood sugar was 487 and I had just come back from a walk so I’m guessing it was over 500. Got it down to 115 yesterday and 121 this morning. I cut my carbs back and added protein Howsomever didn’t eat out OR eat no mo of the Blue Bunny Caramel ice cream with pecans and pralines!!! That hepped a lot!
