What I hate to admit..even now..One day I was battling the devil about going to church one cold Sunday morning...and everyone knows it's been cold...but I stepped on the scale .still fighting the urge to jump back into my warm bed...but when that scale screamed 165..my heart stopped...I was in shock. seriously. So did it again with the same shocking results. That...was my turning point. I overcame my battle..got dressed and went to church. I wasn't even upset anymore about my weight gain. 165 was the most I have ever weighed in my life. But God snatched me back..gave me a real wake up call before it got worse. Anyway. .After that I have been losing weight since that day. slowly...still hard...but still losing. Thank you, Jesus. Not sure what was down that road. .but u saved me yet again.
