Wow. 119.1kgs! This is amazing. The last few weeks I have lost almost nothing, though I have been doing what I'm supposed to. This weekend (and I usually lose nothing over the weekends - I guess due to me not moving as much as I do on workdays) I have lost more than a kilo. This is so cool.
I was just about to consider upping my calories or something to stir things up, but it seems that it was not necessary after all. The system works, and I will stick to it. Shame on me for doubting you, FatSecret. :)
I am now so far below 120 that I think I am "doomed" to be stuck here, and that is so awesome. I still can not believe that I have lost almost 36 kgs in such few months.
