Today is my 10th day kettle belling and in that time my rate of weight loss has plummeted to a paltry 0.6kg despite a 850 calorie deficit. Fingers crossed that this latent patch is the start of my body fat percentage reducing? There isn't much evidence of this yet though - and I cannot say the exercises are getting any easier to complete. I do have real faith that a home gym exercising plan mixed with walking and jogging over the coming three months will ultimately prove successful for me.

Nutrition wise I'm trying to up my protein and today like yesterday I will have to try and offset the effect of a large cream tea that will be consumed around 3PM. Not the worlds worst problem.

Yesterday I completed a nice relaxed 11 mile walk then only one 20 minute KB session just because life got in the way.
In garden news we harvested or first swede and our first aubergine from the garden. Today hopefully along with gardening I will get to fit in two KB's plus a 5K jog. Image below is from a very wet walk a few days ago.
