Yesterday I had a slice of pizza from Costco after all my meals where done. I got a case of the I deserve it, because I came from work and brought my daughter to a 2.5 hr swim lesson that I had to sit through in the heat. My weakness got the better of me because outside the pool gate was the school track. Today, I will dress for the track and give my body what I deserves, healthy exercise.
