So I gained weight over the weekend, which I sort of expected since I don't work out on the weekends. I've thought about changing that, but I want my weekends to be relaxing.
Anywho, the important thing to me is that I weigh less this Monday than I did last Monday! I didn't binge like crazy this weekend and tried to keep myself in check. I probably ate more sweets than I should have, but at least there wasn't any 2 hour long binges.
