feeling really crappy and tired lately. mostly due to no exercise and poor eating i would guess! Getting back on fat secret is giving me motivtion to get moving again. even my 12 year old daughter said, "MOm, I miss Salad!" she's right! I do to!

I'm sure that once you get back on track with your diet you will feel better LeAnn. It's just a matter of a day or two of correct eating and living.
