Welcome to this site. Congrats on that beautiful baby boy....! He is just too cute. I know that you are committed, and applaud your effort so far. This site is an excellent tool, with great people, and will give you the edge. By the way joined the Get Fit Challenge, joined Tuesday 7:00a, since all the blocks were filled on the Wed slot you are in....even thought they didn't show...:( They said they want to keep enrollment to a minimum to ensure personal attention. Really excited...we will be bathing suit ready by Summer...!:) Sent you a buddy request.

First day was overwhelming. I thought I was eating ok or at least getting enough vegetables, NOT! I didn't get enough protein in my diet today. That explains why I was so tired at times. I really want to reduce the carbs that I intake. I need to start searching different diets other than weight watchers.
