End of a 6 week vegan challenge.
over the period lost a total of 4kgs, and 10cm across hips/tummy/waist.
I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge and have decided that I am going to continue with a plant based diet indefinitely. After having plateaued for 2 months, thus was exactly what I needed to get the measurements moving in the right direction again.
Next goal is to complete an 8km run when the weather improves.
62,5 kg Tappat hittills: 20,5 kg.    Kvarvarande: 2,5 kg.    Kosten följs: Ganska bra.
