Owww, I rolled my ankle yesterday running. Sigh! And at the time it was fine and I continued on running. Even had one of my best times. But 3 hours later, I was in pain and having a hard time to walk. Plan is make an appointment with chiro and to stay off of it today. We're going out for lunch for a co-worker's birthday.
