I finally figured out the balance of total calories, mild exercise & staying in Moderate ketosis. Moderate GKI carb intake is typically 20g a day. Majority of those doing Keto, their GKI will be Mild range & that’s ok. I’m happy with either. My FBS stays between 85 & 96. I’m about 5 weeks now getting serious about eating clean Keto & getting rid of weight that I’ve been hanging onto for way too long. 10 yrs ago I was 127. A ways to go if I can even get that low and stay there. I’m 74 and have yo-yo’d my entire life.
