thanks Melissa and Petra. last push coming... strange how weight fluctuates ... same day i record this 163, 2 hours later i am at 164.2 then 2 hours after i am at 161.2. we should all be aware that weight can fluctuate 1-5 pounds in a day - and that doesn't mean we are heavier, it could be a whole host of factors.

Bingo on intraday fluctuations. Weigh at same point everyday & look at 7-10 day averages. For me, it's upon waking up & emptying the bladder and prior to coffee or food.

yeah, that's when i do it, SK. It's relative. We worry so much about the number - check your clothes - they loose? means it's working.
