well I am so happy with myself..I made a promise that I would be in the 80's by July 3rd, my 64th birthday..and I finally made it..Today I weigh in at 187.8 was 203 or 206 I cant remember..I've been doing low carbish ketoish..lol & after my husbands diabetic episode in the car, where he had an infection in his leg, went to the Dr. and was missing for 7 hrs..He had fallen asleep in his car with a high fever, was semi coma..He also has been doing this with me due to that wake up call..He's been Diabetic for 30 yrs but never took care of himself..he has lost 40 lbs! It can be done..do it before you reach our age!
