Got rid of the few pounds I picked up on vacation, and am getting back on track!

I've been tracking my macros, and I just can't seem to get enough protein (averaging 78g/day). I'm only eating wholefoods, so no protein shakes or overly processed stuff please, but I would love to hear if anyone has a solution they've found that worked for them and is sustainable.

that is one nice drop I wish you luck with your other problem don't know much about the proteins but I agree with you 100% whole foods I will not do processed
