How are you coping?
Unfortunately pandemic hit us all hard and over a year of WFH resulted in some weight gain - not dramatic, I know my guilty pleasures won over my strong will too many times and so I've crossed the magic line of 65kg.. I was 66.8kg at some point and I felt really bad about myself, both physically and mentally.
So I'm trying to jump back on the track!
Recently my husband joined FS - I'm wishing him all the best and great results! I know he's capable of great things, so it's just a matter of time. Especially that he's very motivated and enthusiastic - that's a great attitude 👍
