This past week was a very hard one. I had a lot of pain and had to skip 2 days of exercise, which really bummed me out. Rosie is still moving around a lot, which I love, and I am back to working out starting yesterday! I think I am close to being on track for my pregnancy weight gain and I am just trying to not eat in the moment but to instead remember that there will be a body left after my little girl is born and I want to be a fit momma once again. I will be 24 weeks Monday and many people can't believe that because I dont really look that big. I do like having a little baby belly and I love seeing and feeling her little movements. The mornings have been tough this week and I have learned that I have to eat soon after I get up so my blood sugar doesnt drop and make me feel sick, especially friving to work. Im really not hungry yet because I usually dont eat until I get to work, but Ive been eating peanut butter crackers on my drive to work since my Rosie is using up all my blood sugar as she gets bigger. lol Glad to see a small weight drop....Going to workout
