I was very down with zero energy to do anything. Tried some vitamins and supplements that didn’t resolve until find out with doctor I was with depression. I got chocked I wasn’t expecting this and I got back to my normal in less than 1 week with antidepressant and other.surprise I wasn’t irritated and nervous anymore. I thought it was my normal personality 🙈 I saw It wasn’t. Almost 2 months taking antidepressants I had not good side effects unfortunately. One of them I lost a lot of hair So I decided to stop. I wanted it from begin anyway . I don’t want be living controlled by medications. Another Weird thing after I taking antidepressant I didn’t want to track my meals anymore 😣 but now after quit it I am back tracking again so weird! I hope everything will be fine again
