Good Morning! So ai weigh the same as I did last week but I am proud of my self for maintaining during a rough week. I wore a pair of pants yesterday to work that I couldn't fit in before so I know I am loosing inches also.
My water consumption is right on target Yae for me! I have found a way starting yesterday to make sure I get my 12 to 15 carbs foundation veggies in...I record them first in my food journal and then work around it. It is working much better for me.
I also want to bump up my exercise for the day. I am going to look at the cable programs for exercise on demand. We will see. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Oh I was getting bloated by eating Atkins bars and sugar free candies. So I gave them all away! I think those also put me at a stall. The bloating is gone since I stopped taking them.
