Hate that I went up over the holidays, but luckily it was only a 4 pound increase. I have really watched my intake and drink a lot more water now. Have to admit that I feel better as a result and drinking the water is getting easier.I just keep it with me all the time now and make sure that I drink instead of eating just in case it was dehydration not hunger that I was feeling. I hope to reoprt a greater weight loss next week! :-)
