Well I didn't eat all the food that was in the P90x meal plan yesterday. But I had a feeling that wasn't going to happen because it was just too much. But it was a good day, I managed to put the chin up bar up (after already putting several holes in the wall). I only did 2-3 unassisted but I think that's better than nothing!
