Day 20: Well another drop on the scales - 122Kg ((for some reason I can't record a weigh in))this morning after what I thought was a good day yesterday. I think I got the macros much better to where I should be, and feel fantastic today for it. Fantastic boxing session this morning with my trainer after a good 'warm up' on the cross trainer which showed 250 calories (he was running late). Today is my next fast day so I wont be eating until dinner tonight and then tomorrow its Christmas drinks and nibbles at our place, but Im going into that with a plan and know that even if tomorrow is a bad day, I'm doing so well on this plan its no more than a hiccup.
