how long does it take to get into ketosis? and how long have you been living it?  

It takes a couple days and I've been doing it about 5 weeks  

Any carb cravings and sugar withdrawals, if so how long before they go away, I'm coming out of binge eating cycling and doctors need to test my diabetes and a1c levels . So needlessly to say that he ordered a 72 hour water fast. So since the 72 hours of fast I might turn to keto or low carb . may I ask if you clean keto or dirty keto??  

I Am basically on clean keto except I do drink a diet energy drink every day  

That sounds like a great idea, did you naturally get into ketosis or did you fast for extended periods of time to achieve it? Sorry for the questions!  

Oh you're fine! I didn't fast to get into it, just cut carbs to under 20 for a few days. I think about 12g a day  

so how much weight did you lose before the 5th week

So I can't really give accurate weight loss for this round of keto before week 5 bc I just had a baby....so I've lost like 32 lbs but at least 25 was baby weight
