Day 12 woohoo two things the gastro bug packed its bags and left yesterday and this morning brought a pleasant surprise on the scales. As I didn't actually weigh myself until after my first fast day I feel confident that while Im showing less here its actually much closer to 4 kilos lost in 12 days which Im stoked with. My wife's work Christmas show on Saturday, and my company one on Sunday means tomorrow and Monday will be the next fast days. I can't get over the weird way I look forward to fast days................must be something wrong with me, maybe Im delirious :)
